PO Boxes and US Territories will ship standard through the US Postal Service, so please allow up to an additional 2 weeks of transit time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How It Works
Any purchase made from JEMA Volleyball website or JEMA Volleyball tournament locations can be exchanged for FREE within 30 days with proof of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original JEMA Volleyball proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of purchase with an RMA provided by JEMA Volleyball through JEMAvb.com. For a return on any item there is a 10% fee deducted from the returned amount to cover processing fees. Items must be in their original condition, not be worn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and a Return Authorization from JEMA Volleyball. You will be responsible for shipping items back to JEMA Volleyball.
